RFA Transcript Request

Graduated Students : Return the signed request form, indicating transcript, health record or both:

In person to the Registrar in the Rome Free Academy Counseling Office (7:30-3:00)
via mail to Rome Free Academy, Attn: Registrar, 95 Dart Circle, Rome NY 13441
via fax to (315) 334-7247

At this time, there is no charge for RFA transcripts

CURRENT RFA STUDENTS (Seniors)

request transcripts through their NAVIANCE account for electronic submission to colleges
notify their school counselor via email or in person.
Health records can be obtained directly from the nursing staff prior to the end of the school year

Transcripts for College Credit Earning at RFA

Transcripts for College Credit must be ordered DIRECTLY from the college awarding the credit. Students should request the transcripts be sent DIRECTLY to the college they plan to attend.
